Landscape Architect / Designer

We’re seeking a Landscape Architect / Designer to lead residential landscape projects from concept through construction completion. This role blends creative design with hands-on project management, owning the process from initial design development to successful field execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, design and document buildable landscape plans using AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Coordinate with clients, field teams, and subcontractors

• Build estimates, budgets, and change orders

• Support construction superintendents with site visits, detailing, and problem-solving

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with design intent

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years experience in landscape design and/or landscape architecture project management

• Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and sequencing

• Proficiency in CAD and Sketchup and ability to produce construction-ready drawings

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end

• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience

Bonus Points

• High-end residential or boutique commercial experience

• Knowledge of hardscape, planting, irrigation, drainage, and outdoor living
