Position Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Design Associate to support our design team in translating conceptual ideas into clear, accurate, and buildable drawings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of design, thrives on organization and precision, and takes pride in producing drawing sets that communicate clearly in the field.

You will work closely with our designers and construction supervisors to ensure that every plan we issue is thoughtful, thorough, and aligned with our standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft detailed landscape plans, layout plans, grading plans, lighting plans, and planting plans

  • Produce complete construction drawing sets from approved design concepts

  • Assist in developing details and specifications

  • Revise plans based on internal review and client feedback

  • Coordinate drawings with architects, builders, and consultants as needed

  • Maintain organized digital files and drawing standards

  • Support 3D modeling and rendering

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of drafting experience in landscape architecture, architecture, or related field

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

  • Clear communicator who values efficiency and accuracy
