Terrain Workshop is a growing design-build firm in Dallas, TX, specializing in landscapes and pools for substantial, ultra-luxury new-build homes. We are looking for a Landscape Foreman who embodies our core values: integrity without compromise, courage, teamwork, excellence, and humility.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman with strong horticultural expertise to lead crews and maintain exceptional landscapes. The ideal candidate combines deep plant knowledge with strong leadership, attention to detail, and pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance and horticulture crews.

• Perform and oversee proper pruning, planting, fertilization, mulching, and seasonal care.

• Identify plants and diagnose common pest, disease, irrigation, and plant-health issues.

• Maintain landscapes to exceptional horticultural and aesthetic standards.

• Train crews in proper horticultural practices and quality standards.

• Monitor irrigation, soil, drainage, and overall plant health.

• Identify landscape improvements and communicate recommendations to management.

• Manage daily crew productivity, materials, tools, and equipment

• Communicate professionally with clients and project managers.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional horticulture or landscape experience.

• Strong knowledge of plant identification, pruning, planting, and plant health.

• Ability to recognize and address pest, disease, irrigation, and environmental issues.

• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to train and develop team members.

• Valid driver's license.

• Horticulture education, certification, or pesticide applicator license is a plus.
