Landscape Foreman

Overview
Landscape Foreman needed to lead crews in landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on role focused on planting, bed preparation, soil management, drainage, and basic irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily landscape installation (bed prep, planting, tree installation)

• Execute soil prep, grading, and drainage work

• Install and adjust basic irrigation components

• Read plans and coordinate field layout and workflow

• Ensure crew productivity, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years landscape installation experience

• Strong horticulture and plant installation knowledge

• Experience with soil, drainage, and irrigation basics

• Ability to lead crews and work efficiently outdoors

• Valid driver’s license

• Bilingual in English / Spanish
